50% of total payment is due upfront; other 50% is due after you approve of the final product. An invoice will be sent via paypal for both transactions. Only after the final payments have been made will I send you an un-watermarked, full resolution version of your commission.
WIP SHOTS/RECORDING:
I want to make sure that we’re both on the same page, so I’ll absolutely email you progress shots frequently. If you wish a video recording of the process, IT WILL COST AN EXTRA $2 (CAD), WHICH IS ADDED TO THE INITIAL PAYMENT. I will send it along with the finished product as a private/public Youtube video, whichever you request.
WHAT IF I WANT B&W? LINELESS FLATS?
Prices for artwork not described above can be negotiated! This includes backgrounds! (a simple one, like shown above, is the default).
There is no “discount” for extra characters.
WHAT YOU GET:
Once everything is said and done, and the final payments made, you will receive your commission via email, 300dpi and full resolution, along with the Youtube link, if it was requested.
I will not provide PSD files, because I work on a single layer and there’s no point.
REFUNDS:
- If I haven’t begun the commission, then a full refund (at this stage you will have only paid in 50% of the total) will be given.
- If I’ve begun the commission, then a 25% (of the 50% you’ve put in) refund will be given.
- If I’ve completed the commission and for some reason, despite communication and WIP shots, you no longer want it, there will be no refund.
